Spiceherbsland is made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions, including all other rules incorporated on our website. We advise you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders with spiceherbsland.

When shopping on spiceherbsland, you will be required to provide your personal details, such as your real first and last name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information such as shipping and billing address. You will be asked to provide payment details that you represent through PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc. and guarantee that both are valid and correct.
Access to spiceherbsland is only for individuals who meet Spiceherbsland eligibility conditions, who have been granted a valid credit/debit card by a bank accepted by PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment instruments, and who have authorized Spiceherbsland to charge their credit/debit card for the total price of the merchandise and services ordered through PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment instruments.

Orders.
All orders placed are available and accepted. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Spiceherbsland sells products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. However, we reserve the right not to ship selected pre-paid items due to production complications or quality control problems. In such cases, you will be notified by e-mail and a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card within 30 days of notification that the merchandise is no longer available.
Spiceherbsland will retain transaction records for a minimum of one year.
Pricing policy
The prices you find at spiceherbsland are in Euros, including VAT. All prices and offers are valid as advertised. The prices displayed on the website at the time of placing the order will be taken into account. Prices may change from time to time.
Acceptance of your order
Once you have placed your order, you will be notified by e-mail of the details of your order. This e-mail is a confirmation that we have received your order.
Unless cancelled, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between the customer and spiceherbsland will be completed upon receipt of an e-mail confirming shipment of the goods.
Spiceherbsland cannot accept your order if payment authorization is denied, items are out of stock, the product is withdrawn from sale, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Spiceherbsland is not liable to you for any product being withdrawn from the spiceherbsland website, whether or not the product has been sold. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or edit any information or content on the website.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apply Pay, and Google Pay. Payment will be charged and debited from your account upon placing an order through spiceherbsland. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is not authorized, Spiceherbsland will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Spiceherbsland keeps your order information secure. However, we are not liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information you provide when accessing or ordering from spiceherbsland.

All legal disputes related to card processing will be handled under Latvian law.
Delivery
All purchases made through www.spiceherbsland.lv will be shipped via DPD only within the European Union (EU). Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days.
Delivery methods: Home delivery and locker delivery.
Delivery time depends on the destination country, usually 3-10 days.
Responsibility for the purchased product passes to the customer upon delivery. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays or problems due to incorrect information.
Returns and refunds.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will either exchange it or refund the paid price along with reasonable return shipping costs. Please note that returns do not cover priority or premium postal services or insurance premiums.
However, if the item has been opened or used, or if the return is based on personal preference rather than a defect, we cannot process a refund.
